A good 100+ MHz scope can be useful below UHF, but be careful about loading.
Spectrum and Network Analyzers
Primary RF test instruments include vector network analyzers (VNAs) and Spectrum Analyzers (as well as signal generators, …). These are 50 Ohm input devices, typically intended to be used with coax connections to devices with 50 Ohm ports, and/or with active probes.
